Yes – you can trade in or sell your existing device to us. We’ll assess its condition and offer a fair value. You can then apply that towards your next purchase. This helps you upgrade more affordably and contributes to our sustainability mission.

We offer a warranty on certified pre-owned devices (for example: 90 days or more — adjust as per your policy) and provide a clear return window (e.g., 14 days) if the device doesn’t meet the described condition. (Tailor to your actual policy.)

Once payment is cleared, we aim to ship devices within 24–48 hours. Shipping times depend on your region and service selected. We provide tracking information so you can monitor progress. If there are any delays or questions, our support team is just a message away.

We strongly encourage device trade-ins and refurbishment to extend device lifecycles. Devices that no longer meet our resale standard are responsibly recycled. Our aim is to reduce electronic waste and promote circular mobile usage.
